How many guys are using this with a straight shank hook? Have you tried to tie one? There are different methods of tying one but I believe the best one is the most difficult. It took me 2 days by putting it down and returning to try again. Then I lost it and got it down now for good, a week later. Here's the youtube link I used to learn to tie the snell knot.
