Here we go guys, heres my report night fishing clear lake, I drove, 10:30 PM with my Friend after work, we took the long way, he said he get dizzy on 175, so we arrive in the lake 1:00AM set-up the tent and put some burger on the grill, I was in the water by 2:45am water was dead clam moon is bright almost perfect, tried everything I was told, its been slow, but I caught fish here and there 1.5 to 3, then I decided to use ms slammer, I know theres no trout there, but, as I recall from Rob's evaluation on slammer, it creates enough noise or wake to get bass attention, I have my basspro 7.5 MH with Daiwa Millionaire, cast it near the tullies, 5th cast big splash and pull my line, whooow manage to hook it, it was 4.5 lbs a few 2 more 4lb'er awesome, then start throwing jig with baby brush hog trailer, boy they are killing it, good fishing except lost my cellphone on the water, when I was trying to answer it when my buddy it trying to call me, I was about to answer it then I had a bite "you get the picture". Thanks to all for all your help sorry no pics. cant afford digital camera yet, I only use my cellphone and some buddies camera. none available that night.. Overall good fishing.
