i read somewhere that any body of water in urban settings need to have fish in them? the reason why i ask is because i know this urban aquaduct and it looks really fishy. any truth to this? thanks.

Yep...Its true. My buddy works at a country club and his grounds

keeper saw me fishin and told me that any standing body of water

must legally be stocked with fish. The country club he works at

actually has a member bass tourney every couple years....

Any permanent pool capable of supporting fish will have fish in it and about 95% of thses waters are home to bass. At least that has been my experience. Good Luck catching and not getting caught.
