Joined the festivities in the harbor this afternoon with my friend Billy. Tons of seashell boats, jr. lifeguards, kayakers and all matter of floating devices on the water but we managed to squeeze our way in between. No bites for awhile until we got to the east side of the pier and I got a just legal flatty on the 5" fastrac. Only fish of the day, but made for some great fish tacos and baseball this evening. Goleta Beach Cove early tomorrow if anybody wants to join us.
