I have been surf fishing for the last five years and have never brought in a corbina. I have had my share of perch, but the corbinas always eluded me. Saturday, 5-17 I finally landed my first corbina after the advice and tip-off from dball. He caught one the week before, same place at Henry's beach. Both of ours were 21 inches, but fortunately for me, I am the only one with a picture to prove it. Caught it on a rootbeer grub. Can't wait for the next five years to go by before I catch my next.
