9981, Seabass on the moon

The seabass went stupid today. Catalina was the main place. Every year you see this happen. 3 to 6 days before the full moon in late spring or early summer. If it's on the weekdays, the bite is even better. It should be good tomorrow and decent the next day. By Saturday, boat traffic and the day of the full moon will slow it down. If you're planning a trip, July 8-10 this year should be just dandy. Nothing is 100% sure in fishing, but seabass sure seem to like this moon phase. I see it happen year after year watching the counts. If you are looking for yellows, watch the storm fronts. In spring and fall they will bite like largemouth do on approaching fronts. I've seen that with Anacapa and Santa Cruz fish enough times that's it's no coincidence. Hope you guys are getting on this bite while the getting is good. I like seabass fishing and wish I could go :)
