Hey Rusty,

The most consistant place in OH is by the bait recievers in the south basin. They are located just south of the Chevron Gas Station. Only problem is its usually really crowded there this time of year.

One of my all time favorite places is over on the north side beyond the Yatch Club. Walk parrallel with J dock until you get to the end. You will notice a navigational aid at the end of the breakwater. I call it Pelican Point because of all the birds. If you glance to your right, you should be facing the Marina Inn.

Fish the channel side not the harbor side. I like to use 3" swimbaits and curlytail grubs in assorted colors. If you use anchovies, use very little weight like 1/4 oz or so. Cast out about 20-30 ft and let the current run with your leader. The Flatties are there.

Good Luck!
