When fishing from te surf for halibut what are your guys favorite swimbat colors or any other lures you guys use for hlibut from the surf and what color.

My favorite Big Hammer colors for halibut are #13 baitfish, #19 olive herring (especially in clear water), #36 prizm shad (looks like a smelt), and I really like the look of the new color #8 glow sardine. #8 glow sardine is going to be hot anywhere any species.

I use Sea Wolf about 90% of the time. It seems to work in all conditions and it's nice not having to worry about what color to throw. Other colors I like and use are Wookie Wacker, Silverside, Pepper Trout, Mackerel, Green Sardine and 'Chovy.
