Arrived at the beach to find a lot of salad in the water. Tried lures for a while but it was too frustrating cleaning off the weeds. Found some nice sand crabs by the felled tree, then started getting perch. I caught 3 from one hole and one more farther down the beach. Best was a 12-incher and the small one was 9. Tide was coming in but the fish I found were way out there and not in the wash. That's my report!
