Is it true that rockfishing is banned deeper than 120 feet here in SoCal? How long is this in effect? I noticed another post on this website mention that certain species (reds?) are also banned? How is the average angler supposed to keep up with the DFG and their ever-changing regs? It's all a bunch of BS if you ask me...

Angler Dude I share your anger, dude. Yes it's true, it's true. New regulations come out after December 31st.
