4539, Halibuts Everywhere!!!

OK everyone,

IF you want a legal HALIBUT, NOW is the time to go to Long Beach!!! The Halibut seem to be everywhere!!

Two surf fishermen Terry and Nick wacked them today in Belmont Shore.

Nick caught 3 legals and Terry caught 2 with live smelt.

So in the last 3 days Nick has caught 5 legals and Terry has caught 3 but one was a 20lber!

And Nick LOST a 30"er today that broke his line when he tried to gaff it!

Good luck,

Kiyo

That's pretty cool. Interesting that the bite is so good in the winter down there.

What are you waiting for???

Today Terry was at it again. He caught 4 legals in Belmont Shore from SHORE! So that's 4 today, 2 yesterday and that 39"er on Saturday.
