Hello Everyone! I'm so happy to find this site. I live in Oceanside and have been fishing the local surf waters since I was 6 years old when my Dad took me out on the Oceanside Pier for the first time. I believe that I can contribute a bit to San Diego County Surf Fishing and I'm always happy to learn from other surf anglers! By the way, I was 6 in 1959. Why the name Aztecwin? Big SDSU sports fan. I'm looking forward to being a regular on here and I will try my best to share all relevent info regarding So Cal Surf Fishing. Best Regards!

Good to hear you are near my local area of Dana Point! I used to occasionally party-boat fish years ago out of Helgren's...keep us posted on the conditions (pier, surf, or whatever) in O-Side!

Welcome neighbor. I live in Vista, but fish mostly SD Bay from my tube. I've been thinking of trying this perch fishing thing though. I like fishing the rubber for bass. But anything that'll eat it I suppose I'm game for trying at least once. Perch, they seem to be willing to eat the small grubs, so...
