You can research landings/boats. Doubt if you can find a boat to charter this late. The good ones are booked a year or more in advance.

For an open party overnighter my choice would be the Dolphin II out of Islandia on a weekday.

H&M, Point Loma, Fisherman's are the "Big Three" you will read about. Seaforth and Islandia are on Mission Bay. Much better parking than the Big Three.
