Surffished for a half hour in the morning using small shrimp pieces, but no fish (did see a corbina which wouldn't bite). So I decided to fish off the rocks off the north end of the beach for an hour. Didn't bring the tacklebox, so I used a shell for a weight with 2 tiny size 8 hooks on a hi/lo setup. Caught/released 2 rock perch (maroon/black color), 1 senorita, and 1 kelpfish. The fish were small, but a fun day with Beautiful weather down there!
