Would it be legal to sell a sport caught fish, the world record one if you caught it or even donate it? You'd also have to get a permit from DFG just to move the live bass from the lake. I wonder what DFG would say? It would be good to know and might avoid a lot of time holding the fish that could certified and then released...or killed.
