As for the Renegade specs, check out the other thread started by Mark C., who's trying to sell his rig. I just posted a catalog ad for the boat which includes a small photo & some weight specs, dimensions, etc.

Check it out -- for that price, you just can't beat it. As for what you tell your wife, to get it before the wedding...well, I can't help you much there, bud. Congrats on that, by the way! Hope it all works out for you up there in OR!
