1748, Magic worms 45+ bags

I was cleaning out my fishing closet and found about 45 bags of magic worms i had forgot about.They are 6" straight tailed and in the color chatreuse with black flake, ten per bag.
heres my price breakdown
1-10 bags @ 1.25 each+ first class mail fee(no handling charge thats silly)
10-20 bags @ 1.00 each + 3.85 priority shipping (the best rate due to its weight)
20 + bags @ .85 a bag+ parcel post shipping or whatevers cheapest.
