I just sent my damaged unit in to the mfr., with a check for $99, & they replaced it. I'd imagine that's probably your only recourse.

The finder is really just a bonus prize, but probably can be fixed. When you hit the power button it lights up, then goes blank again. For $99 it would be a smart fix. It cost me $180. The mount makes a good rod holder too.
