Thanks for the response. Your boat has almost an identicle layout to mine, and seems to be about the same size floor space wise. You did a really nice job on yours, congrats. I hope mine turns out as good. I have done carpet jobs on small aluminum boats before using cheap home depot carpet and spray adhesive. Even though they turned out really good, thats not what I'm looking to do on my bass boat. Where did you buy your carpet and glue? I can get a replacement kit at BPS for about $150. Thanks
