Mickey, Very good looking baits. I was wondering why you decided to put the bill straight up and down? I know this makes for the widest wobble, but it doesn't allow for any diving. Have you thought about angling the bill out a little? Am I right that the bodies are injection or roto molded and then you cut to place the tail and bill, and drill for the hinge-pin joints? Tight lines, Wade PS: I hope I didn't cross any boundaries on asking about how you did these. I'm a mechanical designer who likes to tinker and dissect thing to see how they were made and why the designer went down one road and not another.

the bait is desinged for surface to subsurface. I feel it is an area that big fish 80% of the time are more agressive.I interviewed some of the best(big bait guy)trophy hunters on the planet and wrote down all the feed back(fish caught) and the ball landed here!I didnt know if it would work but did it anyway! as far as making the bait, well its all about pushing the envelope!and of course it progresses you into the next thing.this is the final but it took 20 or so proto's to find the formula.Remember this is my first hard bait and far from the last!!!
