I talked to the Shimano guys down in Irvine back in July and they said the Curado 301 would be "released" August 1st. I've been contacting retailers since the middle of August and I can't find one.

Any of you guys find one?

I have not seen a thing but I am anxiously awaiting the release. I would like to see a Calcutta 251 or 301 DC as well or just a 301. Let us know what you find out.

It starts shipping at the end of this month. Should be on the shelves early November.

I talked to a friend who works at Eric's Tackle and he said he had already orderd his and is waiting on it to come in. I asked him to order me 2.

I spoke to Tacklewarehouse today and they said they would have the 301's in on November 25th. So I would recommend calling to order then.

Hi's Tacklebox in S.F. shipped two of them out to me today. When I got home from work Fishermens Warehouse in Manteca had left me a message that they got theirs in this morning, too.
