Hey Brian....
I will be out at Margarita in the Kickboat tomorrow...There is a Tri-Valley Tourney there at Lopez tomorrow. From what I have heard they are not on beds yet, just waiting for that 4-5 days of warm weather. I'll be draging Brush hogs and flippin senkos & Beavers...not to mention throwing the Hud. Good luk at Lopez..post a report...I should have some feed back on that event at Lopez by Sat. night...

I am not sure on depth...it has been pretty cold the last couple of nights...and the days havn't been warming up that much either....So I will be in the same position as you guys and just experimenting...I will be aiming at paddling towards the south end first thing...that is where I have been told I should start from...maybe even stay most of the day...

Nice to see the bass in Margarita are getting fat again. I'm hoping to be out at Margarita some time in August this year. Anyone want to meet me there? I won't have a boat, as I will probably be flying out. But I am willing to shore fish, or help with expenses if someone wants to bring a boat.
