anybody float tube at Piru? I was thinking of going this weekend but haven't heard much about the trout bite there lately, or if float tubing is allowed.

see on the right side where the picture stops and the white border begins? there's more lake over there - a couple of coves about as long as the lake is wide at that point

Piru is WAY down on water level.
Its very sad to see and nothing like the full level in the picture.
Trout bite has been good right near the dam, but expect to be let down when you see the water level;(
