Hey Gang! Scotty here from EliteSportfishing.Com bringing you today's Albacore Report!

Lots of boat pressure today from the San Diego Fleet fishing the 295 Bank area, with no big results. Boats did catch fish however! Reports indicated no real signs or activity, but Sammy Susarrey our Ensenada reporter has just sent us an email with the following information: We started fishing in the 295 bank area catching only 2 Albacore, so we moved closer to Ensenada 30 miles from the coast
getting a double jig strike and some good bait fish. We ended the day with 23 Albacore, biggest was a 35 pounder with 3 anglers aboard the Tamara. GPS number 31 30 117 11 water temp. was 61 degrees and we have very good live sardines green backs today. The Pacific Queen is fishing a 2 Day trip, so let's see Captain Bill Cavanaugh brings in tomorrow.

Thanks Scotty for giving us the updates! Really appreciated.
I will be looking foward to fishing the albies. I hope when it really turns on that the fish show up near by. Last year I heard the really large schools were farther out.
