Tim,
C'mon man, yeah it looks dead in the pic on the left but how can you assume it was found floating? Little comments like that are what start false rumors around the internet that get blown out of proprortion and make honest guys look bad.
When you start sticking some double digits, you'll be glad if people don't start bs rumors about your fish because I can assure you the bigger the fish you get, the more the rumors will fly. For all you know the guy who caught that fish could read this forum each and every day and he deserves better than some off hand comment.

You get really shaky! Then your brain goes blank and you forget to measure the fish or take enough pictures. And you forget about the locked on 12lber you could have gone back and caught. And you forget that you are soaking wet from rain. And then you feel like you're in a daze for a few days. That kinda summed it up for me. The shakes are the worst/best part and I think that's the addictive part of fishing... nothing else gives me that pure adrenaline rush like that. Last year I saw a huge fish on a bed and I started shaking just from seeing it :D That catfish got me going pretty good last week too. It's definitely an addiction.
