I got this one a little while ago. I actualy saw her follow in my swimbait earlier in the day so I knew where she was. I gave her a long rest and went back and deadsticked my floating gill. It took a while but she couldnt take it any longer and them BOOM I took her measurements which were 27 1/2 X 20 1/4 and I took a bunch of pics I geussed her to be 15lbs. Earlier in the day I came up on one of my friends who had a good one and I went to get my scale and weigh it for him and realized I left it in my truck. I was too lazy to go get it. I hadnt stuck a big one in a while so I wasnt too worried about it :-< Anyways If my fish would have been a little bigger I would have went back for my scale but I knew she wasnt my PB so I was ok with just my measurements and pics. When I got home I checked the bass calculator and it said 15.013786764705882 Soo I call her 15.1 [br />I gave her some oxygen and sent her on her way http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v181/Mattlures/wolf11.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v181/Mattlures/151wolf3.jpg

Those are almost the exact same measurements as one I got in the delta last year and it only weighed 9-3. I plugged in the measurements just like you did, and it said mine should have been 12-5. I don't trust those calculations. Just my opinion. It is a nice fish. Congrats. Mike

Argee with Rob 100% thats a huge fish. I think the weight of fish really depends on the length that the girth stretches, forinstance some fish may have a 23" in girth in one spot but it is only 23" in one spot some have may 6" of 23" girth. Just my .02
Grerat job Matt a huge fish in anyones book
Hey let that Bass go I wanna catch her some day http://www.calfishing.com/gallery/v/members/tmcustoms/

Thanks guys, Henry and Oliver get your buts out there, the summer night bite should be ready Rob i have been strugeling to get a big fish this year, Finaly now I can concentrate on the saltwater, hope you slay some monster Calicos on your trip. Taylor If you ever look at picks from FL or GA bas they seem to have all thier girth just in the belly. I belive this is why a 30in bass for GA FL only weighs 16 lbs when out here it would be the WR
