#1185, "Osprey "Pro-Rig" Setup"

I've seen talk about when getting an Osprey, to use a "Pro-Rig" setup. What exactly is this? I currently have the 7" Lt. Rainbow Osprey, newer style with the metal tube guide.

The Pro-Rig is a design we came up with at Bass World West. We run a poly tube through the bait, and glue it in place. Then we glue a stainless steel washer to the belly where the tube comes out. The two treble hook harness is then tied and the front hook has a split ring
connected to it. The hooks are embedded into the bait, and the line off the rod runs through the tube and ties off to the split ring.

It's not as complicated as it sounds, and seeing one in person will definetly be self-explanatory. We sell them already rigged and test-ran here at the shop.
