I have a tear along one of the seams on the outiside of my float tube and am looking for a way to get it repaired. The two pieces of fabric just basically seperated from one another right at the seam.

I was looking around on the internet and ran across this stuff called Power Poxy Tear Repair. It is supposed to repair all torn vinyl and fabric. Does anyone know anything about this stuff, whether it works or not? Has anyone else had a similar problem and gotten it fixed, if so how and where?

I have a Caddis Pontoon style Float Tube. I got it last Christmas, but it was used before I got it.

They are guarenteed for life. I have one of those also. I think its called a PT Boat. I use it for hiking in to lakes when its to far to carry the kick boat. Let us know what Caddis does. They may replace the entire boat with a different model cause i dont think they make that one anymore. Let me (us) know cause mine is old and has some rips. They have replaced 2 bladders for me at no charge.

Put everything in a box with a note explaining what the problem is. They sent back all new everything except for the backrest bladder when I sent mine back. Mine only had a slow leak in one of the pontoon bladder. I tried to go to their website to get an address, but all I could find was the pet products page. Good luck.
