The Creek Company is great and let me tell you why.
Recently when I was working on my kick boat I noticed the seam was starting to split, so I was going to send it back to the manufacture. Instead I decided to wait unlit the San Mateo show and talk to them in person. Well when I told the Creek Company rep my situation he went to the back, pulled out a new pontoon and gave it to me. Then he told me to send the bad one back and they would send me another new one. So I am going to get brand new pontoons for my boat and they will cost me nothing, that’s right free. That is what I consider GREAT customer service, these guys really stand behind there product.
