#13172, "prefish report for Sonoma"

I fished it yesterday, got on the water at 10:30 and only got one hit the whole 4 hours I fished. I did a lot of slow rolling and draging worms and stinko's. The weather could not have been any better. I saw one other tuber there, but I could see who it was.

Thanks for posting, Rich. Fred & I hit one of the gravel pit lakes yesterday. The water was way muddy, with about 6" of visibility (if that). Also, the water was cold (47 - 48 F). Not a good combination. The results weren't good, either. Fred got our only hit on a reaper that he was flipping, then lost the fish. He also deep-sixed his new dropshot rod & reel.

The bass won that one.

How were the water conditions at Sonoma?

Good luck at the Delta! Bring your rain gear - the forecast is calling for a bigger storm to hit on Sunday. And don't stay at the Motel 6 in Antioch. I've cleaned up drug labs at that place - it's tweaker heaven around there.
