#27284, "Chabot? Shadow Cliffs?"

Hi, i'm looking to hit chabot or shadow cliffs(main or ponds)this weekend. anybody been there recently or know what the water conditions are like, especially whether or not the back lakes at shadow cliffs look like chocolate milk?

Also, i'm new to this site and was wondering if you allow kayakers to participate in the tournaments. I've got a float tube but really like kayaking.

Thanks in advance.

Have not been there in a while but I drove down Vinyard ave. the other day and the back ponds at Shadow were looking pretty good. At least the island pond wasn't brown.

Yes, BnT allows kayaks :) Click on the rules link at the top of the page for more info on tourney fishing.
