...I know I didnt... I was playing around in the archives section of our site. And noticed I have not won a tournie since June 24th and where else Middle River with some weak weight. I also was checking at the quality of fish that are in the pics from Naci in 1999 and how I would die to catch a smallie like we were getting back then...that lake has changed for the worse big time

It's Friday and Lake's wishin he was fishing :-) It is fun to look through the archives. Naci sure has changed a lot for the worse. Middle River seems to go through good cycles and bad cycles. Clear lake pretty much always kicks our butts from the kickboats, which I don't really understand. Maybe Rancho Seco will kick out a new B-n-T big fish record this year. One thing is for sure ... the level of competetion has gone no where but up.

Yah I am wish'n...its cool though, tomarrow all day in the KB on the river w/ E.....it'll be slamm'n.

Middle seems to change at least as far as quality goes every other year. Why? Got me. What I do know is this year it has all ready pulled out quite a few fish in the 6+ range and I havent kept a ### on it but I bet ya it has all ready surpassed the total ### from last year.

Looking through the archives more it seems Berryessa's quality has gotten better at least for average size. Maybe we as a club have just learned the lake a little better?
