For those of you who have been spending $20 or so for the maintenance kits each time you maintenance your Calcuttas.
If you have left over grease, oil, etc. from the maintenance kits and only need drag washers Shimano will send them to you and they're cheap (I got 6 sets for $5.88). Just call customer service 949-951-5003.
Just call and ask for the correct part numbers.
Here they are:
Calcutta 50: BNT1825 BNT1823 BNT1821
Calcutta 150: BNT1214 BNT1424
Calcutta 250: BNT1214 BNT1212

There is a breakout of a Calcutta 400 here (http://www.shimanofishing.com/service/diagrams/calcutta-400.pdf). It looks like it has more than 2 washers (the 150 and 250 only have 2) and I'm not sure if they've changed them all to that new Dartanium or still sell the felt ones (or whatever that stuff is). Just call customer service and they should be able to figure it out for you (that's what I did).
My 150 was getting very sticky. I cleaned it but didn't have a drag washer so I just lubed up the old one. It helped but it wasn't perfect. I got these new ones, lubed them up, put them in and the drag is smoother than I could imagine.

True but I don't like my backups as much as my Calcuttas and can't afford more Calcuttas than I need, someday...
