Do any of you guys ever fish the San Gabriel Resevoir? I have heard that there is a healthy population of bass but you can't take a boat into the water. Can you guys give me some hints on how to get to these bass?

I have been there once and I saw numerous carp. Could you guys also give me some pointers on how to catch carp?
