I am glad you bring this subject. I have been curious about fishing down there. I fished there a couple years ago with my firends. I caught only 1 bass 12" and two of my friends caught many baby bass. that was it.
I also fished 2 or 3 times when there used to be water under the bridge to east folk before I go home after I fished at west folk.
But I never caught fishes and never seen people catching a fish. That was long time ago. So I don't know about now.
I went to west folk 5 times this year to dabut I saw 1 guy fishing down there once. I think it is kind of tough to get close to dam.
It may be good idea to fish there since nobody fish there.
