Took my buddy Evan to Perris for his first time. He usually fishes all the good lakes up in San Diego and ive been telling him how good it can get down here. Got to the Marina at 8 and we get 2 quick fish a piece right away. He actually got his on his first cast. Then went down to the boat ramp and caught a couple and down to the water slide where i caught one and he nailed a few. all my fish were just a bunch of little rats but he caught some ok fish in the 2 pound range. Caught all our fish on Hula grubs and drop shot. I caught some little rats on t.d.minnow also.
