Prado is a small lake mainly fished for trout, but there are plenty of bass. You do not need a boat for good fishing, but if you do have a boat the east side reeds are very good. Try using spinnerbaits is chartruese, medium diving crankbaits in shad and firetiger, and 4 1/2 inch aarons magic staight tail for drop shotting and you will catch fish all day.
