Went to Arroyo de la Cruz with my wife, son, & PAH looking for steelhead. Once we got down there, we fished the lagoon from the ocean to about the bridge. The water was clear, cold and that was about it. No sign of steelhead anywhere. The only thing we did see in the water was some turtles. We tried for about 4 hours using fly rods and egg sucking leeches before heading out.
