#8200, "Bedding bass..."

O.K., topic for discussion. How do you all feel about picking off bedded bass while sight fishing during the spawn. Seems as though you can find a fish that's locked on to a bed and catch 'em with anything as long as your patient enough. In fact, I have a standing bet with my brother that I'll catch a bass with a piece of hot dog this spring! Is this fair? To be honest, I feel that with careful handling of the fish, no damage will be done. Any thoughts? Let's face it, it's just plain fun to catch fish no matter how you do it (provided you don't jeopardize their health). Look forward to hearing all your responses.

Swings are free,
Tim
