My club tourney was there Sat. 18+ won it. I had 3 fish for 8.6lbs and a 4lb Kicker (Senko!). Farmed 2!!!!! One was definately good as it broke off my d-shot just after the hook set.(Kind of shocked me with 6lb P-line!)

WINDY! No swim-bait fish, but got tail bit on my 3rd cast early.

To answer your question about how to fish the D-shot:
1.) Cast as far as you can
2.) Let go to the bottom.
3.) Gently lift the rod tip (Sometimes they eat it on the way down, if you feel pressure, or it feels mushy or heavy....SWING!)

4.) I basically fish it like a T-rig....Pull it about 2 Feet.....Shake!........Pull it 2 Feet.....Repeat back to the boat.
