Hey Salmonoid...
Yes... I meant I went UP the river towards the damn. Sorry for the conclusion. There was a suprising amount of water still runnning actually. I think that fact alone has kept the fishing holes deep enough to provide some cooling to the water. There are starting to be some holes that are cut off from the main river tho, those holes are gonna get nasty really quickly. I'm telling you tho, those lil green sunfish are a mean bunch for their size. Worth the trip up there, but even more so, those choice smallies, if you could manage to catch em. They would be a real challenge in that river on lite tackle.
