Fished Laguna Niguel Lake today. Bass bite was pretty good. Got 2 bass over 4 lbs. and one over 3. Smaller fish feeding in the shallows on the fry. Bigger fish were in the deeper water on the structure. Wind kept us from fishing the banks too successfully, had to keep repositioning the boat. Pain in the ass! Drifts in the deeper water produced most of the fish. Most of the fish I caught were around the big island on the deep structure. Lots of fish near the banks, takes more effort then its worth.
