Thought I'd have a little fun tonight and fish the weightless Salt Shaker Worm wacky style on my ultra-light trout rod (4.5 ft. Loomis with a Shimano Sedona 500 & 4 lb. test). Fished all over the lake for eight bass - all on the weightless Salt Shaker and ultra-light rod. The cool thing about tonight was that I caught a nice fat 16 incher and a couple in the 15 inch range. It's been a while since I've seen anything out of Los Carneros go more than 15 inches. Those fish were quite a battle on the light equipment.
