Fished Castaic On Monday. Shad are everywhere but to small to net. Some bass are busting but its sporadic. Tough fishing today against the shad. Caught three all day. Tossed a varity of plastics.
I believe by the end of the month or a few weeks into the next month the shad bits would be wide open. And when it does!
