Surffished for a few hours in the early morning at Aliso Beach in Laguna because my normal spot at Salt Creek was way too kelpy. Only could find micro-sandcrabs, so I put 2 to 3 crabs on the hook at a time. Caught and released 4 Barred perch, 1 dink Walleye perch, and 2 Corbina (13 and 21 inches). The 13 incher was caught on the first cast of the day, and the 21 incher (picture enclosed) really dogged me in the surf before I was able to "ride-it-in" on a wave. I briefly considered keeping it, but decided to release it to fight another day. Glad I made it down there!
