That is a crack-up about throwing the bat-ray away and eating the foil! I have never eaten barracuda (or bat-ray...shovelnose was pretty good though), but that method sounds like the way to prepare it (or barbeque it). I know some people think bonito are junk fish, but I think they are pretty good especially if eaten fresh after catching, and removing the red strip of meat in them of course. Anyone else here like bonito, or is barracuda better in your opinion?
