Dan and I fished the pipe yesterday from his kayaks. It was really nice weather but still a bit of red tide. It was a pretty slow day Daniel had a couple of Sandies and one Calico but nothing of any size. I had as many Johnny Bass as i could ever want to catch in my entire life and also a calico and one nice Halibut that went home with me for fish and chips. :) It was a good day all in all. As for baits we used, Daniel mainly used Larry Heron Speical in 5", and I used 4" Purple Brown Bait, and for the Halibut i used a 3 inch Lemon Lime. All in all it was a fun day.
