I used to visit this board when I was considering a relocation to California. Since then I moved to Colorado and am now deciding on a move to either Texas or Florida. Doing a lot of traveling I started up a 'Trading Trips' database in http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FantasticFishing/
I want to invite any of you who might be planning on traveling to log on to this group (join up...no cost of course), decline emails (as I'm sure you already receive too many), and go to Databases and enter your information in the Trading Trips database. This will enable you to share your particular favorite fishing with someone from another locale and enable you to be a guest with a new friend wherever you are vacationing. So far we have people from New England (trout and stripers) to California and points in between (one guy holds the state record for striped bass in Oklahoma). If it seems like a good idea, but you need more info or want me to enter your facts, email me at wweens@bigfoot.com. The facts we'd need are your first name, email address, brief description of boat or float tube or bank fishing you do, the waters you fish and the months you fish (including the peak months). Also, include how many guests you can accommodate on a trip.
