Headed out to East Goleta with the girlfriend today for some sun bathing and fishing action. Well we didnt do a lot of fishing, conditions weren't great (kind of weedy) But we did see a ton of Corbina and they weren't too scared of us. Actually one swam within 5 feet of me. And there were some big ones too, the best one I saw was probably about 20 inches. They weren't interested in anything that we had to offer though. It was a beautiful day, there was a TON of bait in the water but the Halibuts didn't seem to want to play. Oh well, maybe next time.
