I got up early and went out with a positive feeling for success. I found a new beach close to my house that looked good for a variety of reasons. First the beach had a vey steep face, second a creek was dumping onto the beach, and finally it dosent get fished very often. I was eager to wet a line so I made the quarter mile walk in about 45 seconds. On the first cast I was slammed on the fall. I set the hook and felt a tremendous weight to the rod, it was about ten lbs of grass. So I continued on down the beach and made several more casts getting bumped on the way down. Everytime I got bit I lost the fish to grass. I landed some of the smaller fish though. Well I will get back to you and tell you more<P> J
